All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We carelessly craft each piece, so please allow us time to ensure your jewelry and bonnets are carefully packaged and ready for delivery.


Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.25
  • Free Shipping on orders over [$100] within the US.

For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.


Where We Ship:

We ship to the United States and internationally! Please note that international customers may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status. If you have any questions about tracking, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!


Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier. However, if you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.


Order Issues:

If there is any issue with your order (such as wrong items or damage during shipping), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will gladly work with you to resolve any problems.


International Shipping:

International shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please be aware that international orders can take anywhere from 10-20 business days to arrive due to customs processing and other factors. Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.


Holiday Shipping:
